i got ORA-01882: timezone region not found error
when i use ADF in JDeveloper 11g.
i didn't get this error when i didn't use ADF in JDeveloper 11g.

In the Project Properties-> Run/Debug , set the java options as -Duser.timezone=UTC for both the Model and UI project.

I've added <-Duser.timezone=UTC> as part of Java run option on project level and error went away.
